ABSTRACT
In today's world, mental health is increasingly important, and meditation is a powerful tool for achieving this. By practicing meditation, the mind remains calm and concentrated, fostering positive qualities, increasing creativity, reducing negativity, and increasing internal energy. It can also change personality. Meditation has been described in various Upanishads, including the Ishadi Upanishads, Mundak Upanishad, and Mandal Brahman Upanishad, and has been considered a powerful spiritual practice since ancient times.
Transcendental meditation, discovered by Mahesh Yogi, is a simple and natural meditation method that can be done anytime and anywhere without much effort. It focuses on sound, mantra, and breathing rhythms, making the mind calm and the body light. This method is certified by experts and scientists, and has gained popularity worldwide.
Transcendental meditation can help avoid depression, anxiety, blood pressure, and improve overall health. It also increases the brain's thinking power, relieves insomnia, and strengthens the mind, body, and mind. It is particularly beneficial for heart patients and those with insomnia. In conclusion, meditation is a powerful tool for mental and physical health, and its benefits extend beyond physical health.
Maharishi Gheranda's Gheranda Samhita emphasizes the importance of meditation in clarifying mental vision. In Yoga Nidra, the practice involves creating images of objects through imagination, which can become visible when the state of imagination is deep. Girls in orphanages often lack moral support and emotional attachment compared to children living with families. By providing love and moral support, these children can improve their mental and physical strength.
Meditation is a specific process that brings the mind to a particular state of consciousness, with various objectives such as mental peace, concentration, strong morale, and self-discipline. Transcendental meditation, a self-discipline method, can lead to concentration, stress-freeness, mental stability, balance, patience, and endurance. It also positively affects the subconscious mind, leading to surprising results.
Incorporating Transcendental Meditation into the lives of girls in orphanages can lead to physical, mental, and emotional strength, enhancing their working capacity and overall capabilities. By incorporating meditation into their lives, they can experience positive changes and become more capable and resilient.
