Abstract
Language is a linguistic code of society, a way of communication, and a habit of common people. Language is the entire complex phenomenon associated with human vocal and auditory communications of emotions and ideas as described by Gleason Jr. Preface language mediates thinking necessary for understanding. Science provides a real and engaging context for developing literacy and language art skills and strategies support conceptual development and scientific practices. The main purpose of the research is to study the impact of language on science learning at the secondary level of govt. and private school students. In this paper, I will attempt a comparison on the basis of govt. and private school as a result of analysis, interpretation and discussion of the data collected from different areas of study.
